What if there's a typo in my email address?

If you entered your email address incorrectly when creating your account, contact Watch Duty Support.

Our team may be able to locate the account under the incorrect email address and update it to the correct one.

What if I'm part of a Watch Duty Teams account?

If your Teams account was created with an incorrect or misspelled email address, your organization's account owner or admin may be able to correct it through Teams account management.

Watch Duty Support can also help with account corrections when needed.

I want to stop receiving emails from Watch Duty

Changing the email address on your account is different from unsubscribing from optional email communications.

If you want to stop receiving Watch Duty's newsletter or marketing emails, use the Unsubscribe link included in those emails.

Unsubscribing from optional emails does not affect emergency alerts. Watch Duty emergency notifications are delivered as push notifications through the app, not through the newsletter.
