My app crashes, doesn't load, or I see a white screen on Android

  1. Open the Settings on your device.
  2. Tap the Storage heading to open the settings page.
  3. Tap the Other Apps heading to see a list of your installed app.
  4. Find the Watch Duty app and tap the Clear cache button.
  5. Uninstall the Watch Duty app.
  6. Re-install the app from the app store.
